Ma a monte dell'attuale\nsituazione esistono presupposti che ci mostrano quale sia stato\nl'inizio del trapasso della Sardegna dal sistema precapitalistico a\nquello capitalistico. Questo momento iniziale lo si può scorgere\nnell'arrivo dei Piemontesi in Sardegna nel 1720. E per cogliere la\ndinamica di tale trasformazione ritengo che il punto nodale sia da\nrintracciare nell'annoso problema connesso al processo di formazione\ndella proprietà «perfetta»; come è noto, nell'isola esso ha avuto\nuna particolare storia strettamente congiunta alla presenza della\nCasa Sahauda.<br/>\nNel '700, il primo presupposto strutturale che si andava formando,\nnella maggior parte dei paesi europei, era da un lato\nl'organizzazione economica della classe borghese e dall'altro il\npresupposto sovrastrutturale dello stato assolutistico e riformista\nche agevolava il consolidarsi della borghesia.
